Kristy is passionate about Support Coordination in Townsville. She has lived experience supporting her own family with disability and finding ways to support others with their NDIS planning.

Prior to joining i’ara Support Coordination, Kristy was the Operations Support Manager for a large organisation, where she was responsible for developing effective and engaging communications, delivering high quality solutions and contributing to stakeholder priorities with a sense of purpose. Her passion is to understand what people need and find a solution to meet it.

Kristy’s background, along with her lived experience, has equipped her to support people to achieve the lifestyle they want and to understand how the NDIS can work for them.
