Our founder Maddi Wright is taking a live session to talk about what support coordinators actually think about provider marketing, and why most of it gets scrolled past.
i'ara is different, even the name. It comes from the Kairuku language of Papua New Guinea and means "village" because that's exactly what we set out to build. Our marketing has always been rooted in that, local, real, and people-first. One scroll of our page and you'll see it: we shine a light on our clients, their outcomes, and the team walking alongside them to make it happen.
If you work with support coordinators, or want to, this one's for you

Our lovely participant Trudie today shared her amazing sewing skills with us (over a delish pizza) 🤣
Trudie invited her careteam from I'ara Specialist Support Coordination and Ameya Care for lunch and showed off how she spends her spare time with her sewing hobbies.
Amazing Trudie - you are so invested in your recovery it is heartwarming ❤️
Pugs included, because Leona wanted them in the post 🤦♀️

Two years ago, Rebecca began supporting Rosario through his NIISQ journey. Watching his resilience, determination and progress has been one of the most powerful reminders of why this work matters so much.
We are so proud of you, Rosario. 💙
What is NIISQ? The National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland supports people who have sustained a catastrophic injury on a Queensland road since 2016. If that's you or someone you love, our team can help you understand your entitlements and coordinate the support you need.

"It's euphoric, I love it. My endorphins go crazy when I do this. Teaches you respect too. Do it wrong, and it hurts. DO it right, it hurts but the hurt makes you smile and not grimace"
The words of our beautiful client, Emma about her training with Exercise Physiologist, Paul Simmonds from Arise Exercise Physiology.
Here's your motivation for this week! What an inspiration you are Emma!

🏆 Last night, I'ara Specialist Support Coordination was incredibly honoured to be named 'Employer of Choice' at the Tablelands Regional Council Business Excellence Awards.
The award recognises businesses that create workplaces where people can thrive through effective recruitment, engagement, development and retention.
Pictured below are our two incredible Tablelands-based Support Coordinators, Kourtney and Teagan, who every day support people with disability, families and communities across the Atherton Tablelands and surrounding regions.
A very special mention must also go to our Tablelands Regional Leader, Leona.
Her commitment to quality support coordination, mentorship and professional development has created a genuinely supportive learning environment where Support Coordinators can grow, learn and do meaningful work.
She has also helped strengthen the entire disability sector across the Tablelands through the creation of the region's first disability provider network. What started as an idea has grown into a monthly network of more than 200 providers working together to improve outcomes for local people. It's something we proudly facilitate on a pro bono basis because strong communities are built through collaboration.
This award is a reflection of the culture we've built together.
A culture where people feel supported, trusted and empowered to make a difference.
Six years ago, i'ara started with a simple belief: if you look after your people, they'll look after your clients.
Today, receiving an Employer of Choice award is a humbling reminder that philosophy still holds true.
Thank you to the Tablelands Regional Council and the sponsors of the awards WIN News Cairns and Channel 9
Our village continues to grow, and we're incredibly grateful for every person who is part of it. ❤️
