Sometimes, the title “Support Coordinator” doesn’t quite capture the complexity of the work our team does.
Our Cassowary Coast Support Coordinator, Renee, is currently working alongside Dementia Australia to support our client through a complex hospital discharge.
Our client has early onset Alzheimer’s disease and significant behaviours of concern. Renee has provided an incredible amount of coordination, advocacy, risk management, problem-solving and collaboration between multiple services.
We’re so proud of Renee and the work our Support Coordinators do behind the scenes every day.

Diagnosed with aggressive cancer. Lose arm or risk life!
Recently returned back to work 3 days per week which he is loving. We’re now working towards driving and getting his vehicle modified for his independence. He’s such a nice guy!!! Kicking goals and looking great in the Cairns Post Shane 🙏

📍 **Tamworth, we're here!** 💚
We're so excited to officially launch i'ara Specialist Support Coordination in Tamworth, NSW, supporting participants across the New England North West region, as well as remotely throughout Australia.
Our newest Support Coordinator, Jessica, is a proud local with over 15 years of experience supporting children, families and people with complex needs. She's passionate about helping participants understand their NDIS plans, build confidence, navigate the system and achieve the goals that matter most to them.
Outside of work, she's a mum of three, volunteers in the local community, coaches junior sport, and is well known for making sure no child misses out. In fact, the local joke is that someone should just buy her a bus! 🚌❤️
We're incredibly proud to be growing our regional footprint with people who genuinely know and love their communities.
