What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps people with an NDIS plan, or people with a permanent injury funded under WorkCover or a state-based injury scheme like TAC or NIISQ, understand and use their funding. A Support Coordinator connects participants with the right providers, helps set up services, and builds a participant’s confidence and skills to manage their own supports over time.
What is Specialist Support Coordination?
Specialist Support Coordination is for people whose situation is more complex: multiple services and systems involved, higher risk, or a crisis that needs an experienced hand. It’s a higher level of support, delivered by Support Coordinators with clinical and systems expertise, for as long as that complexity requires it.

Anyone who has Support Coordination Funding
We specialise in supporting:
- People with psychosocial disability
- Hospital discharge and transition from inpatient care
- People with justice system involvement
- Families and children involving Child Safety, Forensics, or the Office of the Public Guardian
- First Nations communities, including remote and regional areas
- Trauma, spinal injury, stroke, acquired brain injury, and life-altering accidents
