Our Specialist Support Coordinator, Maggie, got out and about today in Victoria.
Maggie met lots of local providers at the Kismet Community Ready-Set-Connect event today in Gippsland.

This week, i’ara turns 6.
What began as a small, regional service has grown into a national village.
Over the past six years, i’ara has expanded to support people across more than 100 regions around Australia, from remote communities to major metro cities.
Along the way, the mission has stayed the same. To walk alongside people navigating complex systems and make sure they are seen, heard and supported.
At the heart of i’ara is an extraordinary team of Support Coordinators.
The ones who sit beside people in hospital rooms, living rooms and meeting rooms advocating when it matters most.
The ones who answer the phone when families feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn.
The ones who show up every day committed to doing this work properly, with care, integrity and real impact.
Today, i’ara is powered by a growing team of incredible humans who believe in building a service that truly works with people, not against them.
Happy 6th birthday, i’ara.
And thank you to every person who has trusted us, worked alongside us and been part of the journey so far.
The best is still ahead.

Rachel delivered an incredible case study talk on Trauma-Informed Practice to a room full of Masters students at JCU: James Cook University, Australia . And she nailed it!
